2、一致性(语意与结构)

3、意思本身的精确性(学会把意思读准读出来!)

4、依据上面的标准扔错的剩对的。

解答：用HAVING 开头，按照一致性原则，主句主语 应该是动作发出者：据此干掉前两个。后三个都有BOTH... AND...一致性标志那看谁更一致：C说BOTH HOW....AND COMPETE，错;D没看出错，E both increase ....and also how, 错。选D.
